Career Coaching is a relationship between Coach and Coachee with the goal of professional growth and development. Specifically, as your Coach, I will help you - the Coachee - to understand your personal goals related to professional development and then assist in the creation of an action plan to get you there. This is achieved through the sharing of my own personal experiences, knowledge and expertise gained throughout my own professional career, in order to help you to set goals, fix problems and make adequate choices along your career path.
