What is Life Coaching?

In simple terms, Life Coaching is a relationship between a Coach and Coachee, based around communication and guidance, which enables profound change for the Coachee through choices, questions, reflections and new behaviours. It is a gradual but rewarding personal development process, which digs beneath the surface of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs and helps you to understand internal obstacles to your success and well-being, so that you may create the life you desire.

 

This dynamic process is extremely effective and will produce both measurable and sustainable results, especially when committed to the journey. With the appropriate questions, as your Life Coach, I will help you to examine specific areas of your life - career, relationships, finance, wellness, etc. - in order to understand potential problems and mental blocks, identify and address challenges and obstacles, before creating a personalised action plan that will help you to achieve your goals and dreams, both professionally and personally, and ultimately creating the life you envisage for yourself.
